Bountiful Bread was invented by David White in Albany, NY in 1998. It was initially a bread operation only 1600 square feet. After an incredible reception and great feedback, the concept into sandwiches, soups, and desserts. In May 2004, Bountiful Bread in Albany opened in a new space with 4800 square feet. All of this is in the face of other bakery café that are located within 1 mile away. The customer responses have been clear – Bountiful Bread is the gold standard for the bakery café business and is a clear winner with customers, staff and management.
Through relationships developed in the business over many years, we have established an incredible leadership team. The team represents over 150 years of experience in the restaurant business.
